As a Senior Portfolio Manager (SPM) , you'll be the driving force behind high-value engineering projects ($1MM+ project fees), serving as the primary point of contact for clients and external consultants. You'll lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring profitability, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you'll influence key business decisions, drive innovation, and play a critical role in growing our presence in the metallurgy industry and related industrial markets.

What You'll Do :

• Develop and expand client relationships - Build a portfolio of key accounts and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Lead project execution - Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and risk management for large-scale industrial projects.
• Drive business growth - Support new business opportunities, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure financial success - Manage project financials, pricing strategies, and cash flow.
