A company is looking for a Contract Employee Relations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR topics including disciplinary actions, performance management, and policy compliance
Conduct fair investigations into workplace concerns such as harassment and discrimination
Lead the investigative process by interviewing parties, analyzing evidence, and preparing objective reports
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations is required
Solid understanding of employment and labor laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems such as ADP is a plus
Exceptional judgment and discretion in handling sensitive matters
