Position Title : Receptionist
Primary Responsibilities :
- Answers phone lines, directs calls to appropriate staff member.
- Enters invoices and requisition forms into the accounting system.
- Matches invoices with shippers.
- Digitizes records for accounts payable through invoice entry process.
- Receives mail (physical and email) and distributes mail to staff, including date stamping accounts payable invoices on a daily basis and filing alphabetically by vendor.
Client is NOT flexible with pay at all.
