job_description.job_card.job_descriptionEducation : B.A in psychology or related field (M.A Preferred) or 4 years' experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities. 2 + years direct support experience with people with behavior challenges, medical involvement or psychiatric diagnosis, and forensic involvement 1+ year experience coordinating services for people wit developmental disabilities 1+ year experience in a Supervisory position preferred. Duties Require 50% of work time be spent traveling from one place to another. Must have the ability to effectively implement First aid / CPR / Pro-act procedures. Must have the ability to work on multiple assignments at one time. Must be 18 years or older Must pass a Drug screening (prior to employment) Must pass a TB test Valid California drivers license including valid automobile insurance and valid registration a clean DMV record Must pass a DOJ clearance Hourly pay is $23 - $25 (2 years experience) Powered by JazzHR

Program hours :
- Non-Exempt- on call rotation for 24 hours for 5-days shift shared with Program Director and other Community Support Facilitators. Positions Supervised : House Managers (HM) and Community Living Instructor (CLI) Reports to : Program Director Description : Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Community Support Facilitator assumes the responsibility for operations of organization and assure agreed upon delivery of support services.
