Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state. Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable. Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges. Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs. Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.

Overview
JOB SPECIFICS
- OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center is seeking a Sleep Medicine Physician to join our AASM accredited Sleep Center.
- Join a well-established program currently supported by two part-time Sleep Physicians.
- Collaborate with an experienced and dedicated team of Sleep Technologists.
- Practice in a state-of-the-art, 6-bed Sleep Center located near the hospital, offering both in-lab and at-home sleep studies.
- Enjoy a 100% outpatient practice supported by OSF Healthcare.
- Benefit from a robust referral network with OSF Medical Group and local primary care physicians.
