Senior Technical Product Manager

Our Opportunity :

Chewy’s Enterprise Data Systems (EDS) team is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager   to drive execution of large-scale data initiatives across our modern data platform. The TPM will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-scale data products and services, partner with engineering leaders, product managers, and business participants to ensure programs are delivered with clarity, speed, and quality. This role requires a blend of program management expertise, technical depth, and strong participant management skills to support our mission of delivering trusted, well-governed data that powers decision-making across the company.

What You’ll Do

• Drive end-to-end execution of strategic data initiatives, data product enhancements, and cross-functional data initiatives.
• Define and own the data product vision for Chewy’s enterprise core data assets.
• Build and prioritize the roadmap for data ingestion, transformation, governance, observability, and self-service capabilities.
• Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and landmarks, ensuring alignment across engineering pods and business partners.
• Partner with business collaborators and Technology teams to define requirements, communicate progress, and manage dependencies.
• Ensure programs adhere to EDS practices around data quality, lineage, access control, and observability.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; work with teams to resolve them quickly and effectively.
• Track and communicate program health, status, and key outcomes to senior leadership and cross-functional collaborators.
• Continuously improve execution frameworks, onboarding practices, and reporting mechanisms for efficiency and scale.
