Job Title : Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Hours & Schedule : Full time (Monday – Friday, standard clinic hours, no weekends)

Work Environment : Outpatient clinic

Base Salary : $120,000 – $180,000 / year (plus bonus)

Job Summary :

The NP / PA provides comprehensive outpatient care in their specialty area, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education. You will work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care. The role emphasizes work-life balance with minimal to no call responsibilities.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, provide diagnoses, and manage treatment plans in your specialty area (Primary Care, Pain Management, Neurology, Orthopedics, Women’s Health).
• Prescribe medications and order, interpret, and follow up on lab work, imaging, and other diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients on their conditions, medications, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinic staff to coordinate care.
• Participate in patient care meetings and case reviews as required.
• Maintain licensure, certification, and practice within Arizona and federal regulations.
• Support clinic initiatives and quality improvement efforts as needed.
