Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a major roadway / DOT services contract in the Tampa area. If you're skilled in managing infrastructure projects and know your way around drainage, roadside, or traffic operations — this might be the role for you.

• Overseeing day-to-day project operations to ensure contract standards are met
• Leading asset management and maintenance programs
• Building strong client relationships and keeping communication flowing
• Managing budgets, reporting, and performance metrics
• Guiding a team to hit key milestones safely, efficiently, and on budget
• Problem-solving, contingency planning, and keeping everything on track
• Working closely with senior leadership on strategy and long-term planning

What We’re Looking For :

Experience with Roadway / DOT projects (required)

Background in drainage, roadside, or traffic services is a strong plus

Strong project and contract management skills

Confident leading teams and working cross-functionally

Comfortable working primarily from the office, with occasional travel
