Escrow Assistant

The Escrow Assistant I provides general office support to the Escrow office to include but not limited to, prepare, package and order escrow information, send instructions to lender, obtain various escrow documents and miscellaneous opening procedures. May serve as a back up to other office staff. Assists with special projects as needed

Miscellaneous opening procedures : prepare start card, proofread instructions prior to disbursing.
