Job Summary :

We are hiring a Family Practice Physician to provide patient-centered primary care in a community health clinic, with an emphasis on prevention, continuity of care, and improved access for underserved populations.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common medical conditions in adult and family patients.
• Provide preventive services, health screenings, and patient education.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all documentation, regulatory, and clinical practice standards.
