Job Summary :

This is a physically demanding fast-paced job involving independent or team-based work to hand-build quality upholstered furniture. Drive urgency and self-motivation are needed to meet daily production goals. The role requires standing for long periods lifting and moving at least 50 lbs and using hands to grip pull and handle materials. Comfort with power tools framing and staple guns is essential.

Schedule is 5 AM - 3 : 30 PM with mandatory overtime on Fridays.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : None

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT :

Strong coordination for routine repetitive tasks. Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day on hard surfaces with frequent bending twisting and reaching. Capacity to push pull and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Skilled use of hands for gripping pulling and tugging.
