Our client, a large global organization is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to oversee vendor relationships and technology purchasing across software, hardware, and professional services. You'll act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, leading sourcing projects from initial evaluation through negotiation and contract execution. This position blends hands-on deal-making with long-term supplier strategy and cross-department collaboration.
What You'll Do :
- Lead sourcing and contract negotiations for technology solutions including cloud services, software licensing, infrastructure, and consulting engagements.
- Build partnerships with internal technology and finance teams to align purchasing decisions with business goals and budgets.
- Conduct RFPs and market analyses to identify competitive solutions and negotiate commercial terms that balance cost, service quality, and risk.
- Manage vendor relationships, performance, and renewals to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop multi-year sourcing strategies, consolidate spend where possible, and introduce new suppliers or technologies that drive innovation.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to structure agreements and protect the organization's interests.
