Description
SUMMARY :
Quality Assurance Technician will provide knowledgeable guidance to ensure that all services and supports are provided in ways that meet the standards as outlined within State contracts and CMS mandates with a focus on standardization compliance audits dashboards and Therap. This position reports to the Quality Assurance Coordinator and will act as a point of contact for RISE staff and its community partners. The incumbent will have expertise in the primary areas impacted by the CMS Rules and will assist RISE with meeting all matters of operations compliance and regulations. This position will serve as a main point of contact and support statewide residential operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Audits : Assist with and perform annual internal compliance audits; prepare for external compliance audits by carrying out internal audits to ensure all regulatory requirements are maintained; assist with Google Drive EVV 5310 vehicle and OLCR audits;
- Dashboards : Assist Incident Reporting and Resolution review and tracking; assists with Matrix Report for Group Homes; assist with Training Report; assist with BTP Dashboard updates; assists with OT snapshot report submits DDD Progress Reports; assists with all other QA reports as assigned;
- Compliance : Assist with EVV compliance and audits; assist with member book compliance audits and training; Assist with 5310 vehicle data compliance;
- Therap : Performs Therap data entry for new members and new employees; performs general data audits;
- Support : Supports state operations for AZ Residential by being a main point of contact and assists with state operations reports. Assists QA department with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Education and Experience
Associates degree in computer science or related fieldExperience working with individuals with a disabilityProficient in Excel Microsoft Office and Google SuiteKnowledge and experience with quality improvement preferredExperience interpreting state and federal regulations preferredDemonstrative technical and computer software skills including the ability to manipulate and analyzedata through Excel reporting tools and run queriesTravel
Travel up to 20% of the timeWork Authorization and Clearance
Ability to pass criminal background check including Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card drug test and driving record checkPHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
