Job Title : Medical Instrument Technologist (Diagnostic Ultrasound)

Specialty : Diagnostic Ultrasonography

Place of work (City / State) : Navajo Area IHS hospitals and healthcare facilities primarily in Arizona (with some coverage extending into NM & UT)

Location : Navajo Nation and surrounding IHS Service Units

Duration : 6 months contract with possibility of three (3) 6 months extension.

Shift Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm; may include weekends, callbacks, or holidays as needed

License / Certifications

• Active ARDMS certification (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) required throughout contract term
• Basic Life Support (BLS) current certification mandatory

Abdomen, Renal, Pelvic, Obstetrical, Breast, Thyroid, Testicular, Endovaginal, Carotid, Extremity Venous Dopplers, Pediatric Hip, etc.
