Project Coordinator / Administrator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a construction company near Tempe who is in search of a project coordinator / administrator to join their team. This job is Monday-Friday either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. You will be required to work fully onsite for training. Once trained, there may be hybrid flexibility to work one day from home.. The hourly pay range is between $25 / hr-$28 / hr DOE.
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting project managers and field teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This position also helps manage billing and financial tracking to support accurate and timely invoicing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills, along with a basic understanding of construction project billing.
