Position Details :

Title : Quality Technician

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Shift : 3rd shift (11pm-7 : 30am)

Compensation : $22-27 / hr (extra $1.50 / hr for shift differential)

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

• Engage in inspection and testing activities to verify technical and quality assurance.
• Investigate and correct customer issues and complaints relating to quality.
• Maintain various quality records involving customer care tickets, nonconforming products, and return authorizations, etc.
• Conduct internal quality audits to minimize, eliminate, and prevent nonconformity products.
• Assist manufacturing personnel with the development of production procedures to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
