Whether you come from a background in event planning, hospitality, customer service—or you’ve just got a knack for bringing people together—you can thrive in this role. We don’trequire a specific degree or experience, but we’re looking for translatable skills and relevant expertise. We will provide you with the training and development opportunities needed to build a career here!
About the Role :
As an Event Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in making our events shine—supporting everything from small team get-togethers to company-wide celebrations. You’ll help craft experiences that energize, connect, and celebrate our people. Whether you're organizing RSVPs, setting up venues, or greeting folks with a smile, you'll be helping make each event one to remember.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing :
Helping plan and pull off events that reflect who we are—coordinating logistics like venues, vendors, swag, catering, and more.
Pitching in on event day—welcoming guests, answering questions, and making sure things run smoothly from start to finish.
Keeping our RSVP lists and attendee spreadsheets neat and up to date.
Helping manage and organize our event storage, keeping track of inventory, and checking things in and out.
Supporting communications and programming around department and team events.
Serving as a go-to for venue and vendor information.
Jumping in to support your teammates wherever needed (excluding licensed activities), because that’s how we roll.
About You :
A dedicated work ethic drives everything you do, and you take pride in executing events that bring people together.
Managing multiple details, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines don’t faze you—you stay organized, focused, and adaptable no matter what.
You excel in fast-paced, results-driven environments and thrive when working with a highly collaborative, team-oriented group.
Providing outstanding customer service comes naturally, and your strong communication skills make it easy to connect with employees, vendors, and stakeholders—whether in person, over the phone, or through email.
Adapting to last-minute changes and unexpected challenges is second nature to you, and you’re always ready to troubleshoot and pivot when needed.
You’re confident using basic computer technologies and comfortable navigating the tools needed for an internet-based company.
Oh, and you show up—reliable, ready to go, and committed to creating memorable and impactful events every day.
