Position Overview

We're hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO on the most impactful parts of the business. This is a high-ownership role spanning strategy, operations, and execution. You'll help drive initiatives across the company, from marketing and internal ops to GTM, product launches, and fundraising. You'll be at the center of UCR's growth—clearing blockers, aligning teams, building systems, and driving execution across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own key projects across Marketing, GTM, Ops, Finance, and Supply Chain
• Support financial planning, modeling, and budgeting
• Drive decision-making with the CEO
• Create systems for operational excellence (OKRs, hiring plans, board materials)
• Lead initiatives like fundraising, partnerships, and product launches
