Motor Mechanic

We are hiring an experienced Electric Motor Mechanic to join our Indianapolis team on second this role you will repair maintain and test industrial electric motors generators pumps and gearboxes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AC and DC motors strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and a focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose disassemble repair and test industrial AC and DC motors generators pumps and gearboxes
• Perform motor maintenance and repair both in-house and on customer sites
• Use testing and measurement tools including multimeters high-pot testers growlers micrometers and calipers
• Conduct failure analysis and document results accurately
• Follow OEM EASA and customer specifications for repairs and reassembly
• Maintain detailed records of inspections repairs and quality checks
• Ensure compliance with mechanical and electrical safety standards
