About the Role

The Premium Products & Experiences (PPX) team has a strong focus on expansion of our premium customer value proposition and delivering engaging customer experiences to our cardholders. Our team is fast-paced and growing.

The ideal candidate will be collaborative and have a passion for solving problems. You will leverage your understanding of the business and technology to find creative and targeted solutions for our customers, as you develop new capabilities and optimize existing ones. You'll need to be equally comfortable navigating the development of features with our tech partners as you are communicating user experience, business objectives, and risks with our business partners.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
