Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced SailPoint Developer with 6-10 years of expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specializing in the implementation and customization of SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building secure, scalable IAM solutions in alignment with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SailPoint-based IAM solutions
- Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, connectors, provisioning logic, and lifecycle events
- Implement RBAC, access reviews, separation of duties (SoD), policy enforcement, and compliance reporting
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems including Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, databases, cloud applications, and internal APIs
- Troubleshoot complex IAM issues, including access provisioning failures and integration issues
- Perform code reviews, testing, and documentation of SailPoint configurations and customizations
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application teams, and auditors for identity lifecycle and access governance processes
- Ensure solutions meet compliance regulations such as SOX, HIPAA, or GDPR
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to IAM best practices
