Join our team of leaders in electrical power system maintenance, repair, testing & training. We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team in Irving, TX. This will by hybrid role.

Job Summary : Senior Staff Accountant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end and year-end close processes, performing account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The role will also involve assisting in cash applications, intercompany reconciliations, sales & use tax reporting, other duties as assigned, as well as helping to identify areas for process improvement and cost control. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Daily cash transaction review and posting.

• Intercompany reconciliations.
• Tax reporting including Sales and Use Taxes.
• Other duties you are assigned and trained to do
• ASC 842 (US GAAP)
• Fixed Assets
• Strong Excell Skills
• Month End Close
