We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam, working closely with machinists and shop personnel to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.

Monday – Friday

6 : 00AM – 2 : 30PM

24.00 – $30.00 DOE

Job Duties

Develop CNC programs for milling and lathe machines using Mastercam

Interpret and apply information from engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents

Coordinate with machinists and shop floor personnel to validate programs and optimize tool paths

Troubleshoot and revise programs to ensure precision and minimize machining time

Perform simulations and test runs to ensure functionality and accuracy

Maintain organized documentation of programs, tool lists, and setup instructions

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout the programming process

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming for both mill and lathe operations

Proficiency in Mastercam, CAD systems, and Solid Edge

Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling

Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints

Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
