ROLE SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the Investment Analyst provides expertise through conducting complex analyses of data and developing related reports and recommendations to support Investments in all its initiatives.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support all aspects of financing activities, including capital evaluation and analysis, financial modeling, transaction execution and management, asset and loan management, derivatives, compliance, and reporting
- Assists in underwriting real estate investment opportunities for both asset and corporate level transactions
- Participates in the execution of real estate and real estate-related acquisitions and dispositions, including due diligence processes
- Assists in the development and management of financial models for investments, joint ventures, scenario analysis and financing
- Assists in Fund management, asset management and reporting
- Participates in the research, analysis and execution of strategic initiatives

Undergraduate degree in a related discipline with top academic credentialsCPA, CFA, MBA an asset, but not required2-3 years of experience in real estate, private equity or investment banking firm in an investment, valuation and / or asset management capacityProficient in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and Microsoft PowerPointCORE COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
