Job Summary

The Operator is responsible for aiding in the operation of the process equipment machinery evaluation of any process problems and performing product quality testing.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• Maintain steady flow of mater ial throughout the facility .
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Unload bulk and toted ingredients.
• Load finished products on bulk van and flatbed trailers.
• Perform periodic preventative maintenance on some equipment in process.
• Monitor machinery and product flow; bring all problems to attention of manager.
• Participate in facility housekeeping program.
• Maintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.

Job functions will be carried out in a facility which requires tolerance for wet and / or slippery floors and high heat and / or cold temperatures.
