Accounting Clerk

Description

We are looking for a Accounting Clerk to join our team in San Jose, California. This role involves managing daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and supporting essential accounting functions. As this is a long-term contract position, it offers the opportunity to contribute to a stable and thriving organization.

Responsibilities :

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial records are error-free.
• Manage billing procedures, including generating and distributing invoices.
• Enter financial data into accounting systems with precision.
• Handle invoice processing tasks, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle for financial operations.
• Prepare reports and maintain financial records in Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with audits and compliance checks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in financial data.
