• Margate, FL 🕒 Full-Time | Permanent | Day & Evening Shifts (No Weekends) 💰 Pay : $38.52–$53.70 per hour (based on experience) 💼 Sign-On Bonus : Case-by-case basis About the Role Join a 289-bed, Joint Commission-accredited hospital in Margate, FL, as an RN Nurse Manager in the Medical Telemetry Unit (32–36 beds).
• This leadership role reports to the Director of Nursing (DON) and offers professional growth in a collaborative healthcare environment .
• Responsibilities Oversee high-quality patient care and daily operations of the Medical Telemetry Unit.
• Collaborate with medical teams to improve patient outcomes and compliance .
• Lead and mentor nursing staff while driving process improvements .
• Ensure adherence to Florida Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and physician orders .
• Qualifications Active RN License (Florida or Compact – must meet FL requirements).
• BLS & ACLS Certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire). 1+ year of acute care hospital experience required. 2+ years of recent Charge Nurse / CNC experience in an acute care setting.
• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing .
