Job Description

Metalcraft Solutions is seeking a dependable CNC Grinder Operator to join our growing team in Akron, OH. In this role, you will operate CNC grinders and related equipment to produce high-quality precision parts for industries including aerospace, medical, and manufacturing. You will be responsible for ensuring parts meet specifications, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and supporting overall production quality. Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC Grinders, Blanchard Grinder, Sand Blasters, and related equipment
  • Perform inspections using micrometers and calipers to ensure quality standards
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to produce accurate parts
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Report malfunctions, defects, or quality concerns to supervisors
  • Meet production goals while maintaining precision and accuracy

    • Qualifications and Requirements

  • 1+ years’ CNC Grinding Operator experience required
  • Ability to read and interpret prints and technical drawings
  • Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects; stamina for full-shift operation
  • Dependable, with the ability to work 40 hours per week (OT and Saturdays as needed)
