Responsibilities :
- Deliver hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for network infrastructure — including switches, routers, firewalls, servers, virtual machines (VMs), Veeam backups, and video security systems.
- Set up and provision network resources for new projects; maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
- Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects from start to finish — gathering requirements, creating timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Oversee vendor relationships, from requesting quotes to coordinating product fulfillment and installation.
- Administer and optimize Cisco networking, Cisco WiFi, VMware environments, Fortinet security appliances, and Windows Server systems.
- Monitor network performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Develop, enforce, and maintain IT and security policies to support compliance and consistent operations.
- Collaborate with corporate IT and affiliated companies to align technology strategies and maintain uniform service standards.
- Keep detailed records of projects, incidents, and resolutions; prepare regular progress and performance reports for management.
- Drive continuous improvement by standardizing processes and adopting IT best practices.
- Provide professional, empathetic support to end-users, ensuring a positive and productive service experience.
Requirements :
Strong proficiency in Cisco networking, Cisco WiFi, VMware, Veeam, Genetec video security, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Fortinet.Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.At least 3 years of professional IT experience with a focus on infrastructure management, network administration, and system troubleshooting.Relevant certifications highly desirable, such as Cisco CCNA, SolarWinds, Fortinet, Meraki, Ekahau , CISSP, or PMP.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.Solid understanding of network protocols, VLANs, WiFi management, and Cisco WiFi controllers.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating sound judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to quality service.Schedule :
