Build relationships and create new clients through face-to-face and virtual strategies, including networking, referrals, and social media engagement.Understand clients' needs and priorities to build personalized, comprehensive financial strategies.Oversee branch operations to ensure a high-quality client experience that adheres to company policies and ethical guidelines.Engage your branch team in developing and adjusting business plans to enhance effectiveness and achieve goals.Create a collaborative environment founded on trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.Characteristics of Successful Candidates :

A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with relevant experience in securities or financial services.Experience in financial services and / or sales.Registered or certified in financial services.Demonstrated career progression in a professional or military setting.Licensing :
