Overview
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to help guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our property.

Responsibilities
Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property ManagerPerform inspections of property and address any maintenance needsFollow up on service requests performed by maintenance teamComplete work orders in a timely manner based on priorityInspect and coordinate make ready processDemonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional mannerMaintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standardsPreventative MaintenanceMaintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areasAdhere to all safety policies and proceduresQualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plusValid Driver’s license is requiredEPA HVAC certified requiredCPO certification preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBasic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely mannerWilling to work flexible schedule including weekendsLegal authorization to work in the United States
