[job_card.job_description]Drive Business Growth : Cultivate relationships, generate leads, and keep the sales pipeline active. Face-to-Face : Meet clients, pitch services, and secure profitable deals. Industry Presence : Represent company in trade associations and networking events. Marketing : Shine at tradeshows, golf tournaments, and promotional events, both during and beyond office hours, and maximize your social presence. Sales Goals : Achieve ambitious targets through client meetings, calls, and networking. Experience : 3+ years in outside sales, with a track record of building profitable client relationships. Networking : You thrive at evening functions at least 2x / week. Driven Attitude : Valid driver's license and a team-first minds Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). This is a commissions based position, percentage of commission and or salary commiserate upon experience. Frequent standing, walking, driving, phone calls and computer use. Will be expected to work with a diverse group of individuals with varying levels of skills and needs. Direct Deposit Pay every other Friday. Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance and 401K with a company match available for full-time employees working 30+ hours per week. Paid Holidays after 90 days for full-time employees working 30+ hours per week. PTO accumulation for full time employees working 30+ hours per week.
Privately owned and founded in the Midwest in 2011, Heritage Building Maintenance is based in central Iowa and serves commercial clients with the highest-quality cleaning and microbial protectant on the market today. Heritage goes the extra mile by using science to prove the efficacy of our system for use in office settings and medical and recreational facilities.
In 2022, Heritage was acquired by Bee-Clean Building Maintenance, Canada’s largest privately held janitorial company. While operations remained the same, this partnership opened the doors for continued growth and success in our industry.

About the role
