Be a part of the pre-opening team for theOmni Ft. Lauderdale Hotel!

Opening Fall 2025 theOmni Ft. Lauderdale Hotelis a 29-story hotel located at 1950 Eisenhower Blvd and connected directly to the Broward County Convention. The property offers 801 guest rooms and suites multiple restaurants a vibrant rooftop bar a sprawling pool spa and fitness center. The hotel will also have over 120000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space including a grand ballroom junior ballroom 25 breakout rooms and pre-function meeting space with waterfront views.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Adhere to all Omni rules policies procedures and standards
• Greet guests by utilizing the All-In impression standards set forth by Omni
• Set tables according to type of event and service standards as directed by leadership
• Suggestively sell items and answer questions / offer suggestions on both food and beverage menu selections
• Communicate with culinary team regarding meal requirements allergies dietary needs and special requests
• Record transaction in MICROS system in a timely manner
• Adhere to cash handling standards
• Ensure satisfaction with each food course and / or beverage
• Present accurate check to guest and process payment
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
• Station set-up and breakdown / side-work
• Perform any other duties as assigned by leadership
• Be pleasant smile and greet all guests using surnames when obtained
