Position Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic individual to take on a multifaceted role that centers on providing exceptional team-based general dentistry care while educating the next generation of dental professionals. In this position, you'll be at the forefront of teaching dental students their initial clinical procedures, fostering a collaborative learning environment that prioritizes patient care.

Your teaching responsibilities will focus on actively engaging students and faculty in the treatment of patients within our team-based clinic. You'll have the unique opportunity to demonstrate procedures during students' first experiences in the clinic, ensuring they gain the confidence and skills needed to deliver timely and effective care. Essential Functions :

• Active participation in clinical care to patients in the College's clinics to assure timeliness and completion of care and restoration of patient health.
• Directly providing patient care services in a team-based clinic environment.
• Actively demonstrating to students performing clinical procedures on patients the first time they are learning a new procedure.
• Clinical teaching style that utilizes a proactive and engaged learner-centric model.
• Clinical Teaching and Student Assessment calibrated to current Roseman University CODM Curriculum.
• Frequent and ongoing calibration and standardization of Clinical Care and Assessment associated with the Roseman University CODM Curriculum.
• Specific accurate assessment of student progress toward overall competency.
• Utilization of evidence-based science in clinical teaching.
• Active participation in Roseman University's CODM Clinical Efficiency Improvement Program for patient care.
• Utilization of all current and future technologies.
• Treatment of patients enrolled in the Roseman University Dental Membership Plan.
