Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our team. The Pool Technician is responsible for maintaining and servicing residential swimming pools and spas. This includes cleaning, chemical testing and balancing, equipment inspection, minor repairs, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive a company vehicle to assigned service locations
Test and adjust pool / spa water chemistry
Brush, vacuum, and skim pools
Clean and inspect filters, baskets, and equipment
Diagnose and repair pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.)
Communicate clearly with clients about service performed and any recommended repairs
- Maintain accurate service records
Requirements :
2+ years of pool service experience required
Strong knowledge of water chemistry and pool systems
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Self-motivated and dependable
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks daily
