• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with no weekends or holidays
• Outpatient-only geriatric medicine practice with no hospital duties
• See 12 - 15 patients per day in a manageable patient census
• Minimal after-hours call : only 3 weeks per year, all telephonic
• Call is rotated regionally among group physicians
• Board-certified or board-eligible in geriatric medicine
• Group practice setting with colleague support
• Office closed 12 - 1 pm for lunch break
