A company is looking for a Collection Specialist to negotiate repayment and establish repayment schedules for delinquent accounts. Key Responsibilities Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules Resolve delinquent accounts through effective communication Utilize provided tools and training to succeed in the role Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Availability to work Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm One (1) year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience (preferred) One (1) year of Collection Experience (preferred) Mathematical and Analytical Skills (preferred)
