Shift : Night Shift

Hours per Shift : 12.5 Hours (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM)

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in the mental health field, group home, inpatient, or correctional setting

License : Active State Certification or License as required by role and location

Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred

Must-Have : Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to support patients with mental health or behavioral challenges; teamwork and crisis management skills

Description :

Seeking a dedicated Health Aide with experience in mental health or behavioral healthcare environments.

The Health Aide will assist in providing daily care, supervision, and support to patients in inpatient, group home, or correctional settings.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient behavior, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
