Description

As a Headkount Beauty Educator, you’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to increase productivity & sales.

You’ll get the best of the best training and support from our robust education programs to be set up for success.

This position covers the Boston market, with all locations within a reasonable distance from Sephora Prudential Center . Beauty Educators are scheduled at various beauty retailer locations within their market.

Key Responsibilities

• Be punctual & reliable
• Achieve sales goals
• Educate the retail staff members on the brands you are supporting for the day by sharing product knowledge & selling strategies
• Uphold merchandising & brand guidelines
• Host & participate in branded events, ensuring that sales goals are achieved
• Complete detailed in-store surveys at the end of every shift
• Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app
