About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Multifamily Management to lead its expanding portfolio with a focus on strategic and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and achieving annual business plans, KPIs, and stretch goals that align with the firm's mission and values. This role requires a data-driven approach to evaluate and enhance property-level operations, budgets, and capital plans, as well as to direct underwriting and pricing strategy for new management contracts. The Executive Director will also be at the forefront of financial and business growth, managing departmental budgets, and actively pursuing new property management and fee income opportunities. Innovation and technology adoption, particularly in the areas of prop-tech, BI dashboards, and AI / automation, are key to improving resident experience and operating efficiency.

Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a preference for advanced real estate or financial credentials. A minimum of 15 years' of progressive multifamily leadership experience, including oversight of a significant number of units and multi-state teams, is required. The role demands a leader with a strong background in financial acumen, strategic agility, and a proven track record in stakeholder communication and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a background in business development, talent management, and a deep understanding of compliance, risk, and governance in the real estate industry. The Executive Director will also be expected to champion a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and social responsibility, in line with the company's mission and values.
