Position Summary

The Voyage Sales Manager oversees the Voyage Sales Team and ensures successful guest engagement following their full presentation. This leader is responsible for driving sales conversions coaching representatives improving processes and ensuring guests clearly understand the value of ownership within the Capital Vacations portfolio.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Lead coach and develop Voyage Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Oversee the guest transition process following the main sales presentation to ensure a seamless high-quality experience.

Monitor and improve team performance metrics including closing percentages and customer satisfaction.

Train team members on presenting the Capital Vacations ownership benefits and 10-Year Term Product.

Support sales representatives in crafting personalized vacation visions that resonate with each guests lifestyle.

Ensure team compliance with company standards policies and procedures.

Provide ongoing feedback performance evaluations and coaching sessions to drive improvement.

Collaborate with senior leadership to refine sales strategies processes and team development initiatives.

Perform all other managerial duties as assigned.

Education Training & Experience

High School Diploma or GED preferred; college coursework or degree is a plus.

Prior leadership experience in sales hospitality or timeshare preferred.

Proven ability to achieve and maintain strong team closing rates and sales performance metrics.

Skills Knowledge & Abilities

Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse sales team.

High level of professionalism integrity and accountability.

Exceptional customer service and conflict-resolution skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to build rapport quickly with both guests and team members.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Flexible schedule including weekends.
