Job Title : Receptionist
Job Summary :
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk responsibilities, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Manage appointments and meeting room bookings
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Provide general information to clients and visitors
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Support other departments with clerical duties as needed
Qualifications :
