• With a Bachelor's / Master's Degree :  7-8+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Without a Degree :  10+ years of full-stack development experience.

Technical Skills (Required)

• Java (with Spring Boot)
• Angular
• AWS (Lambda, Fargate, API Gateway, S3, Cognito, CloudWatch)

Technical Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Databases :  PostgreSQL, DB2, Snowflake
• Integration Tools :  SnapLogic, Qlik, Salesforce
• Other Tech :  Kafka, Docker, Serverless Architectures
• Methodologies :  Agile, DevSecOps
• DevOps Tools :  Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube

Disqualifiers  /  Red Flags

• Job Hopping :  A history of inconsistent or short-term employment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development :  Designing and building scalable applications using Java / Spring Boot and Angular.
