About the Role :

Pinnacle Charter Schools is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Data & Outreach Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree who enjoys organization, accuracy, and supporting student success behind the scenes.

In this role, you’ll help ensure that student information is accurately recorded and maintained, while also participating in outreach and re-engagement efforts that strengthen enrollment and support student persistence. This role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and gain exposure to multiple areas of school operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enter and update student data with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support outreach and re-engagement activities to help increase student enrollment and participation.
• Assist with student engagement initiatives that promote connection to school.
• Assist with follow-ups and communication to ensure students and families complete required documents.
• Provide general administrative and data support to the Admissions Department as needed.
