ROLE DESCRIPTION :

State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team. As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products incuding auto, home, life, and health insurance.     • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Customer Service experience (customer service representative or manager, retail sales or service associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales, customer service, and retention goals / quotas preferred
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
