WHAT YOULL DO :

As our Rental Coordinator you will be in a dynamic multi-faceted role that serves as our customer primary point of contact and ensures our customers have a great experience when renting equipment from Pape. Every day you will be responsible for managing inbound rentals by phone and walk-in business providing outstanding customer service processing customer orders accurately and efficiently recording daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests. To thrive in this role you must be a detail person enjoy working at a fast pace and have a winning attitude.

WHAT YOU NEED :

• Excellent computer skills including Word Excel Outlook and the ability to learn our internal computer systems.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the rental equipment industry
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Compensation : $24.94-36.16 / hr (Depending on Experience)
