The Opportunity

Chaparral Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our collaborative and mission‑driven team. You will play a key role in delivering whole‑person, longitudinal care that promotes wellness, manages chronic conditions, and addresses acute medical concerns.

Who you are

Required Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an ACGME accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Board certified or Board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Must have a California medical license or be eligible for full, unrestricted licensure by the time of hire.
• Proven ability to provide comprehensive, patient‑centered primary care across various ages.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

Salary Range

$260,000—$330,000 USD
