Lead and coordinate nursing operations during the evening shift, ensuring the highest standards of care.Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans.Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations to maintain quality care standards.Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident health outcomes.Oversee documentation and record-keeping to maintain accuracy in resident care plans.Assist in staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations.What We’re Looking For :
