Machine Learning Ops (MLOps) Engineer

Location : This is an on-site position in Columbus, OH

Contract : This is a contract-to-hire position with conversion to full time employee directly at the 6 month mark

• You have foundational skills in Python development (or similar coding language) and an interest in coding for automation purposes.
• You have interest in and previous exposure to DevOps - whether that be through coursework, bootcamps, internships, or previous roles.
• Familiarity with cloud computing - if you have ever taken a class in cloud computing or pursued a certificate in cloud computing.
• Infrastrucuture-as-Code or Automation exposure - do you enjoy working in GitLab CI? Jenkins? Docker? Automating Infrastructure?
• You have an interest in or exposure to Machine Learning
• Possess strong problem-solving capabilities
• Possess a strong desire to learn

Brief Description :

The MLOps Engineer on the Enterprise Data and Analytics Team will work as part of the larger team to collaborate with Data Scientists to productionize Models used by business users to enhance their ability to make better decisions for the organization and our customers.

Detailed Description :

This role is an entry level position requiring the individual to be curious and have the aptitude to learn while supporting the team’s overall efforts to productionize Models created by Data Scientists.

To be successful the candidate must be driven and well-organized, with strong communication skills. It is essential for the individual to be self-motivated and tenacious, thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, while completing tasks on agreed schedules.
