Job Title : Oracle EBS R12 Techno-Functional Consultant

Location : Greenville, TX / Melbourne, FL / Salt Lake City, UT

Job type : full-time

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate will support users, troubleshoot technical issues, manage SRs / tickets, implement configuration changes, perform RCA, and collaborate closely with customer SMEs and process consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues.
  • Perform configuration updates, enhancements, and root cause analysis.
  • Work closely with business users, process consultants, and SMEs to improve processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical components such as Oracle Forms, Reports, PL / SQL, APEX, Workflows , etc.
  • Support manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
  • Participate in major project milestones and customer engagements.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant IT experience.
  • Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, PL / SQL, APEX, and Workflows .

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Oracle EBS applications in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
